How do I set up an online account if I have previously purchased from Arnold Dental Supply?

If you usually call in your order, fax in, or order via your sales rep, this is for you:

Click on the button “Create Login.”  It is located in two places, on the very top of the website, and in the left column, above the login area.

 

After clicking on “Create Login,” you are taken to a page to verify your billing account information.  Fill in the security code, Arnold account number, billing zip code, and click submit.  That will link the website account to the internal Arnold Dental account.

 
 

After clicking submit, the next page is where you fill inyour info, including name, phone, email, username, and password.  After submitting on this page, a new account will be created on our website.

 
   

How do I set up an account if I have never purchased from Arnold Dental Supply?

Click there and you will be taken to the Create Account page.  Fill in the info, click submit, and you will have created a new account on our website.

How do I search for products?
Search can be done in two ways.  You can browse by clicking on categories at the top of the website, and then clicking on the category that you want to browse.
Another way is to search using the left side bar search box.  You can type in a description, mfg number, or item number.  You can also limit your search to a particular product category or mfg by selecting one in the drop down box.
   

 

What do I do if I can’t find the item on the website?
If you don’t see an item on the website that you would like to order, you can add it to the comments box before check out.  The comments box is located on the bottom of the payment page during the check out process.  
   

 

How do I select my shipping method?

On the payment page during the check out process, you can select your shipping method, UPS Ground, 3-Day, or 2-Day.

If you are a local customer and want to pick up at will call, that is an option also.
   

 

How do I use coupon codes?
Coupon codes can be entered on the payment page during the check out process, right below the shipping method selection.
   

 

 

How do I get my free gift card?
If your order qualifies for a gift card, the gift card will be sent after the invoice has been paid in full.  If you pay with credit card, the gift card will be shipped with your order or soon after.  If you have a choice of gift cards, please write in the comments box which you would like.
 

 

How do I save my shopping cart?
When looking at your current shopping cart, in the bottom left part of the page is a “save this cart” button.  Click the button and then you have a choice to add to an existing saved cart or to save to a new cart..  Click save and you are done.  To bring up your saved cart, click on “My Account” in the top header of the website, and then click on “Manage Carts."
 
   

 

 

Where can I add comments to my order?
You can add comments to your order during the check out process.  The comments area is located at the bottom of the payment page during checkout.
